The Fuzz+ plug-in is a model of a famous vintage fuzz pedal. It is good at the things fuzz pedals are good at, like making your audio sound like it lost a fight with a very large predator. It's not very good at helping you realize your epic concept children's album about flowers and cute little puppies, because children are generally scared by these sorts of sounds.

The Fuzz+ custom distortion algorithm is used in several of the Mayhem plug-ins, and will thus give you a tiny little taste of the overall destructive power of Mayhem. Plus, it's free.

There are three controls:

Fuzz knob: This controls, as you might imagine, exactly how much fuzz is applied to the signal.

Output knob: This is the output volume of the device, when it is active.

Bypass button: This works just like the switch on a stomp box. When the blue light is lit, you're money. When it's not, the input is passed directly to the output. This can be automated for a slightly different vibe than automating the effect bypass of your host.
