ACM wave recorder can recorder directly to mp3 format. Before playing midi file user can add DirectMusic audio effects with a seprate window for DirectSound audio effects (on wave files and voice) you also get bar, quarters and millisec display. It features a slider control for song reposition, tempo, pitch, key and volume control. You can play solo or without drum track.
