how to export to an Ericsson T39

I have composed a melody on Nokia Composer 1.2 for my Nokia 8310. It works great. But now I changed my phone to an Ericsson T39. Can I use that same melody and if yes how can I export ?

I don't have one, but used this tool to vreate quirky piano-type loops for a song, it sounds alright
