Personal Info Compromised at Real

While attempting to upgrade a retail version of Real
Player Plus G2, I entered the serial number and then
saw a window open with someone else's personal info
listed. Why does someone else have my serial number?
Then mid-way through the download, it stopped suddenly
and deleted whatever was already downloaded. I have
e-mailed Real about this, but they have not responded.
Has anyone else had their personal info compromised
by Real by this process?
