i have vcdproducer

dear sir'
i have vcd producer but when i open this software it shows a dll problem(such as dll not initializing. the software does not work. please tell me its cure very shortly.

my system keeps these as below:
tvtuner capture card=pixelview pv bt878p+(rev.9d)
windows 98
celeron processor p2 800 mhzs

Is there any way tha I can use Dazzle Snazzi capture card to include pre-recorded video into a a Real Presenter presentation? I have tried but it does not recognise the format even though I have selected composite video.

Need your urgent help!!!
