Yes, it's been a bit neglected over the years, but I am finally making some
improvements to it, starting with version 2.0.

2.0 includes some contributed patches to allow it to compile and run
on 64-bit platforms. I have also included autoconf to the project, so
all you should need to build it is to:

./configure
make
make install.

Check out sourceforge.net/projects/wavplay for this and later
releases.
