This program is a software channel vocoder, which imposes vocal effects on a waveform. It can be used to make your voice sound "robot-like", to create a singing synthesizer, to disguise your voice, and many other fun things. You've probably heard vocoding somewhere before; it has been used extensively by artists like Kraftwerk and Laurie Anderson and in 2Pac and Dr.Dre's "California Love", to name a few.

This program is command-line driven and operates on WAV files.
