MUSIC CENTRE AND XP (WMDAVI.DLL)

What is a WMDAVI.DLL, everytime I load the DATA BECKER MUSIC CENTER it brings up the prompt 'cannot find WMDAVI.DLL' could this be the reason I'm having problems with the MUSIC CENTRE or why its not able to playback any audio files.
PLEASE ASSIST ME ON THIS - I'M DESPERATE TO GET THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT.
p.s. - I'M RUNNING IT ON WINDOWS XP

Please go on the site "www.dll-files.com" and suggest them to post wmdavi.dll, they may do it soon, and we would have what we need!

Maybe it is not XP compatable?

Warren,

You might want to contact them directly as the specifications, nor any of there current advertizing indicate it is upgraded for the Win 2000 or XP operating system....

I also did not find telephone contact numbers on the web site - only e-mail support - maybe your manuals have a telephone number to contact them, which would be faster than e-mail if you need an urgent response.

I had the same problem and checked their site and it now says that Music Centre is NOT compatible with XP :( they are offering an upgrade for people with original program to Music Centre Pro (which does sound worth the upgrade) for 29.95. A free patch would be better, oh well I hope the upgrade is worth it.

Oops, the upgrade is to Music Center LIVE not pro. Sounds good I wonder what its worth to buy in the stores?
