seasound xp drivers

Hey! anyone!!
I find myself in a precarious situation, using something that I love but might be considered
obsolete, my Seasound Solo interface. Hence, I can find no support for my problem. Help, please, if you can.

I've got a solo ex, and I'm looking for XP drivers. If you get any info
at all can you please forward it to me. Right now my home music setup is
dead in the water.

I have tried all the driver updates, (ASIO drivers for cubase would be ideal)with no
results.

The obvious solution would be to scrap the seasound, but I love it and
that would also be damn expensive for me.

Am I totally screwed??

Re: seasound xp drivers

Not necessarily. Apparently, someone has been working on drivers in his spare time and claims to have a driver that supports XP. According to his FAQ, however, the new driver doesn't support SOLO MIDI in/out yet.

Re: seasound xp drivers

Yes basiclly,
I have to use win98 and cannot upgrade the OS unless I want to buy a whole new recording card/interface. I guess seasound has been sold as well and there's no support for the unit. It's a good unit, I'd suggest installing win98 or buying a second computer and wiping it and installing win98 on it. Or your left with the option of buying a new home recording setup.

3. Re-Boot

4. When XP finds new hardware, follow the Wizard ignoring the Microsoft warning.
