How to make a pls file(for mp3 players)

I would like to make a PLS file to start a mp3 player,i make self radioprograms and i uploaded to my side,i got also one running on live365.com ,i got a mp3 file on my server like this"NONSTOP.MP3" the pls file must start a mp3 player ,but how???.

I use Winamp and it's configured to play PLS files. This <a href="http://www.google.com/search?q=how+pls+file&hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&safe=off">search</a> might help, but I'd use m3u format instead and stream my MP3s at a lower bitrate.
