For "Style Works 2000 Universal"

Where can I find the HELP manual with the software "Style Works 2000 Universal"or some tips,The software not provide the HELP manual.Thank you!
Because I got some trouble the styles who convert from midi file use above the software,the converted style sound not right in my roland-g800(often lose notes),
Please help me!
I am China,I have many Chinese styles.

Hi I suppose You have problrm wiht mids witch are first slow, then fast try mabe cut mid for two pices and then make two styles. I`ve big reqest ;-) Can you send me your program i haven`t many to buy it ;-(.
