Sonicstage updating daabase

When i open up sonicstage, the software i got with my minidisc player, it comes up with a message saying
"Updating SonicStage database.
Please restart SonicStage after the updating has completed"
There is a picture i took, using the Print Screen button on my website www.spongeyes.tk Direct link = http://www.freewebs.com/spongeyespopbobthethird/sonicstage%20error%20message.JPG
copy and paste into browser to see it.
Anyone have any ideas what i need to do to sort this out and get it working ?
