Where can I find a CDA formatter

I want a file that can burn a Wav file to a CD as a CDA file so I can play that CD on a CD player. Can someone please help me? Thanks.

mp3s are songs taken from a cd that are transformed to wav files then to a file format called mp3. if u need a program to do cd to wav search at download.com for cd to wav or go to mp3.com !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
