Software Description

Media Jukebox is an all-in-one player and organizer for digital music featuring free CD-quality ripping and encoding to MP3 and WMA. Can't import or play RM files

When I try to import RM files, it fails. But they have been registered to be played by this Media JB. But when I click a song (RM file) it says 'Select the song to be played'!

Adrian, click import files, in the upper left-hand corner of your display,on your toolbar.It will put up a box that shows all different types of files that can be imported to media jukebox. Look to see if any of them has a red check-mark by them . If they all have a red check-mark by them ,click unselect all,Then go back through the list and click mp3(mpeg), wma, and ogg. Then click import files. this will get all mp3 files from napster, and put them in media jukebox.they will still be in napster ,too. hope this helps!
