Cubase stops recording PLEASE HELP!!!!

HI!
My Cubase VST 5.0 stops recording audio after about 5 seconds. Does someone of you know why or where i can change that?

This is the trick to Cubase, you have to set the length of the recording before hand, do this by going to the transport, clciking on the "R" in the reectangle toward the left, it will highligh, input a number a little larger than the expected duration of the recording and boom, you are ready to go. This fiel, by the way, will have an "L" above the "R" and numbers across from them something like "00.000.00" or something similar. Good luck!
