i only get randum words when i input the tab,after selecting what note to input and in the music staves such as GVC. when i usualy use this program it shows ass rythen notes how do i change this back to notes rather than words

I cannot seem to get the BPM to stay changed and would love to loop. Am I missing something?

"Music Notes Not Displaying Correctly - The installer has a tough time on some machines getting the music font installed right (you'll see letters like "W" and "V" where music notes should be). It seems that it's not writing information to the registry that's required for the font to work right. The easiest way to get this to work properly is the old-fashioned/manual way. Goto the c:\windows\font directory, make a copy of the powertab.ttf font, store it somewhere (like the desktop), then delete the powertab font from the fonts directory. Now throw the copied font back into the fonts directory. It should automatically install the font properly on your machine."

: I too noticed this when I first started using Powertab. Don't worry too much about it, coz when you print the tab, it prints an 8 not a 0. At least it does for me.

Hello, when I print tabulatures, the file information is not in the middle of the tabulatures, so that you can`t see all the text. I think, the reason is that the tabulature ends by 8 and the format ends at 9,75. But I can`t change it. Can you help me? B. Schmitz

Why not make a Power Tab Software that can be downloaded to floppy disks cause I dont have Internet connection.

this is a good software, but don't miss to take a look at tabplayer at www.simoneperandini.com/tabplayer.htm for a slightly different approach to the tab thing. tabplayer is free, so you may want to have it however.

i have a problem running power tab editor 1.7, everytime i try to open it it wants to re install itself and then doesn't run, it just keeps wanting to re istall, please help
