I am wondering what kind of lyrics are in your music. It sounds beautiful. I don't know what kind of voice you are looking for, but I am a soprano. I can't read music well, but I have an excellent ear.

Mac keyboard as a primitive musical keyboard?

Hello! Is there Mac software, shareware or otherwise, that will let me use my Mac keyboard like a piano keyboard to directly play music using QT musical instruments in real time? Simple is OK, and limited voicing is OK - this is just for quick and dirty. Recording of a simple MIDI file would be nice, or an mp3, WAV, or other, but is not necessary. Thanks in advance for any help! (Obviously, I'm new at this game!)

can find using keywords ftp, mac, pub

MIT has a fabulous site for music too.

i wish i had the details, but i stopped using
my mac ever since i got my pc running

Fetch is a great FTP program to download from too.
and if you're browser sucks, go to

http://www.icab.de

and download a free english preview version.

their browsers are great at filtering out
bullshit. just be sure to spend about 15
minutes going through the preferences settings.

there's a lot to set, cause there's so much
iCab can filter out, to make webbing so much
cooler. I am so jealous that my mac can run iCab
and my pc cant.

I have been using Nuendo for about 6 months and I have to say that's so amazing that I cannot see using another software based recorder for a long time. I mainly use it for MIDI and Audio recording, but the Mastering section is so nice!!!
Plug-ins galore, and VST instruments.Oh Yeah!!!

How to speed-up a mp3, and burn it that way...

i have the software "ejay-mp3"... in it, there is the function to change the 'pitch' thereby increasing (or decreasing) the speed of the track. my problem is that when i burn or convert (to .wav) that track, it automatically reverts to the original speed. WHY??? and how do i stop this?!

Changing old file formats

I have a question. I have a ton of .mod files that I would like to get the samples from.. but I need to be able to change a SAM file to a WAV file. I tried using multiple trackers that save sound files and all I get when I convert from those files is computer noise. This will be a huge project, but a one time deal. Once I get the samples out of these mods.. I will be done with it so I need a program that will allow me to do it without me having to pay for it *due to the fact I would only use it once*. Any suggestions ? Please Email me :)

Isolating instruments from audio

Yeah there is but I've forgotton what it is called. It doesn't matter though, because it costs $9999.99 so .....!!!
With songs on DVD, it is possible to isolate the vocal and possibly some other instruments as well as it uses Dolby 5.1.

buffer underun occured

My CDRW is on the blink. I cant seem to make anymore audio cds on it. I keep getting this error (buffer underrun occured). I have made all the necessary adjustments checked all the settings but nothing seems to fix this problem. I have had this CDRW (hp 9100i) for about five months and this is the first time this has happened and I lost my recipt. Can anyone please help me????

your processor probably cant keep up with the transfer rate and the data loses sync during the burning. so set the burn rate down a step, if that doesnt work , then slow it down again, if your burning at 8x speed then try burning at 4x, and so on. adn remeber to have nothing else runnign on the computer at the time you are burning, make sure everythign but explorer and systray arent running . hope it helps bey

loop based multitrack for mac?
