Did you ever get a reply for this. I'm in the same boat. have Cub 5 for Mac . no manual.
it's not easy just winging it. if you HAVE any tips or a pdf version send it along..Thanks ...dylan

Go to http://www.cubase.com/ and look fo faq page and there is someone who has the format pdf file for cubase and they will e-mail it to you.

try music match Juckbox... the new version also supports wav to mp3 and mp3 to wav conversion.

I recommend a SCSI-Burner for music, bacause
most IDE devices don't support disc-at-once,
which means you cannot record live audio-cds
(2 second gaps between each track)
and Master-CDs (if you want a mother-CD
to make a glass-master).

I use RICOH MP6200S and have never troubles
as before with HP7100+.
Although I have some restrictions:
Cannot burn (but I can live with)
1) overlength CDs (most YAMAHA does)
2) Karaoke-CDs (CD-G)

Game-burning is also OK, but I don't
burn any games, I'm a musician and spend
my time with other things.

Cubase - Audio samples

I'm having real difficulty in keeping audio samples in sync in Cubase VST.

The samples start off in sync but then they drop out and sound all off-beat.

Is there any way of getting round this??
