Might I suggest Cakewalk ProAudio. Its got a learning curve but you will be pleased with the results. Go to www.cakwalk.com for info.

I have put together a machine for midi/audio use and so far am having great luck. Get as much ram as you can afford, buy a Hard Disk strictly for audio (1 for app's, 1 for digital recording), and research the sound card extensively. Also, go to www.prorec.com
It has discussion forums with answers to many of your questions. Good luck and I'll look here for more or your posts.

Please help if you know the solution to this major problem I am having.

I was told that by loading system OS2.1 (which I have done) then I would be able to list all my stored .mid files in ALPHABETICAL ORDER. I can't find any way to do this, and it is essential as I need to use over 300 songs and this is the only fast-load way I can think of. It would let me use Jukebox mode as well. which is another big help. but Jukebox only reads the files if they are all in the same folder. 300+ songs in one folder MUST be alphabetical or I'll never find them.

Any ideas welcome. Cheers. Bob in Scotland.

Check out MP3.com and search for The Buddy Brown Show. Chris was the lead singer and songwriter. He's currently working on solo stuff but it's not out yet.

I found music organizers that are designed for general purposes, bu in opera as important as the title and composer, are performers (singers), orchestra, corus, live/studio, and some other. I just installed this plus a sound card 2044,& a cd burner.WOW!!I'm new at this .I need all the help I can get.BIG MANUAL.I need basics to reord one track to begin with without having the whole manual.Let's say just a guitar using echo in stereo.

also I've got 40 original songs I wrote & copyrighted(Country Music)Done on a Tascam 488 analog 8 track.I'm anxious to make a small demo & add it it to some website where producers(Nashville)can get to hear this stuff.Is this possible & where do I start?Thanks much!!

Roland JV2080 & Cubase Vst

I have a Roland jv2080 and vst 3.5 for PC,
I’m currently using the 1080 studio module patches but this doesn’t allow me to access all of the sounds

Any help appreciated

To access all sounds, you have to enter the following
numbers into the appropriate "bank" field:
User 10240
A 10368
B 10369
C 10370
D (GM) 10371

and don't forget to enter the correct program change value!
This works for my JV-1080.
