you should give 'cakewalk' guitar tracks pro a look,
for £100 you have your own home mixing deck on your pc, its great,
(not just for guitars- a mic can be used to record other instruments/vocals.
very good value for money if you buy online off amazon, they sell it for £56, highly recommended.

Looking for a pc studio program for my seemless dj mixes, alot of programs i've looked at create a gap when reading the track markers, do you have a program that will overcome this?

Export as WAV and then try converting the WAV to MIDI. It won't be as good as you'd hoped though. You'll need to find a WAV to MIDI <a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/cat/FORMAT_CONVERTERS/">converter</a>
