when i burn a cd in to my cdr/cdrw it dose not work in my friend cd player.why is it.

: : This Christmas a friend gave me the Nero Burning ROM (V. 5.0.2.0 Creative) for my computer and as a small thank you I tried to put together a CD of her favorite Christmas music. Number one track is John Lennon's "Happy X-Mas (War is Over)" but Nero says this mp3 file is damaged and won't burn it onto the CD-R. It sounds fine to me. Is there any way I can force Nero to burn it? Thanks in advance :-) Pen

: do decode the mp3 you can use winamp, just switch the output plugin (in options), don't forget to set it back to normal after the decoding

if u want to make cd's become mp3's go to mp3.com and get their music match demo
the demo allows u to record cd's into mp3 format.
the full version (costs money) lets u convert wav to mp3
but as for a FREE wav to mp3, cant help, i myself was looking fr that and found this. got questions?keep posting up and i will respond.
