Hi I have a Karaoke machine and i would like to burn songs on cd-r cds to sing but i can't get the word to show up is there a program i can download to make the words show up. Please help me i love to be able to make my own Karaoke cd's

Converting aiff to MP3 ??????

Howdy all !!
Up 'till now I've thort that I was real good.
I am recording Vinyl to Nero Wave Editor which ceates an aiff file (That is if I'm not doing something wrong). I have then been converting each file to MP3 (Lame) and burning them to CD . No Problems. All of a sudden I cannot convert to MP3(Lame) because a box pops up with the words: "Cannot open Codec to compress the file". I have no difficulties converting to MP3 (Blade) but; Blade does not give the options to select which quality I would like e.g., "Studio Quality" but it does compress the file as required.
All my music so far has been converted to MP3 Lame to allow selection of the "Studio Quality" and all play equally well on all stero sets I have loaned them to.
I have reinstalled Nero Wave Editor to no avail.
Will a combination of MP3(lame) and MP3(Blade) still burn to a CD?
Am I asking too much of Nero ??? or what would recommend ???
Please reply in laymans terms.

What Am I looking for?

I want a program in which I can import or record a wav. (or mutlaple wavs) and then simply assign it (them) to a midi controller.
If anyone has ever seen that movie Chain Reaction with Keanu Reeves he uses something like this he has randomly set up in his apartment (as all phyisists do?)
Well if anyone could give me a heads up I'd apreciate it. Thanks.
