boss br-8 digital recording studio

i recorded some songs onto zip disks using the boss br-8 digital recording studio. i downloaded a software program that converts the files from the disk to wav files so that they can be burned onto cd, but the software only let me convert two tracks from each song, and most of my songs are 4 or 5 tracks so it ruins the song. so i burned a cd of just the 2 track song to hear how it would sound and all the effects i had on there were gone, and it separated the guitar in the left speaker and the vocals in the right speaker. can somebody tell me how in the hell to get my songs as they are on the zip disks onto a cd??

The best thing to do just using the BR8 is to bounce the tracks 1-6 onto 7 and 8 (see page 46 of manual) as you are bouncing those tracks you can mix too. Then when you go to the software you downloaded select tracks 7 and 8 for your finished stereo CD.
Now if you can help me: I used to have that same software but got a new computer and need a fresh download....where do I get it?

What you can do is invest in an audio in PCI card for your PC, and audio editing software. I have my br-8 connected to my audio in card (DIO 2448) via the fiber optic cable you can get at your local music equipment store. As far as my audio editing software, nothing extravagant just Audio studio generation by MAGIX. It allows me to record up to 32 tracks. It's a basic setup but the PC and my imagination is the power behind it all!

The two tracks at once ability is if you record something in stereo on the BR8. Otherwise if it is not in stereo then you bring each track down individually. Once you have bought them down individually you then use a sequencer to put them together, use something like sound forge or wave studio they work pretty good, you can get them for free off emule.
You wont have lost your effects youre just missing something, if it records on the br8 with effects it cant simply take those effects off when it comes to moving them off the zip drive to computer its not possible!

SVQ FILES TO MP3 FILES

I have a Fugi 40i digital camera. I have SVQ files stored on my computor and would like to transfer the music onto a smartmeadia card in the camera.So far i have not been able to find a way to do it. I have been told that i have to convert from SVQ TO MP3 can anyone out there please help me.

Csound-converting .orc/.sco files

About AM/FM Synthesis

Most of the software is free and/or inexpensive. You'll find CDG files on the web. Just do a Google search.

hi we offer a transcription service of wav files where people have left their name and address. often there sre silence periods (but with some background noise present) and we would like to remove these to reduce the playing time of each wav file.

say the silent period was 4 seconds between the forename and surname and 2 seconds delay before they said thier address, could we automatically half the gap to 2 seconds and 1 second respectively for example. does anyone sell software to do this in batch mode. we need to process up to 200 files per day.
