Why don't you just use multiple delays in serial with feedback set to a single repetition on each?

Use dB Prodelay DX (it's prettier than the VST version)

Michiel emailed back to me apologizing for posting
his message and admitted that he knew it was illegal.

It turns out that all he wanted was free software
to convert wave to real audio. As often is the
case, there was completely legitimate free software
for the job (<a href="http://www.hitsquad.com/smm/freeware/">you can view our Freeware guide here</a>)
and my response to Michiel is below...

Hello Michiel,

There is a Free program called RealProducer which will do
what you want.

The Basic version converts wave into Real Audio and can also
create Real Video files. The G2 Authoring Kit version can
create synchronized presentations that integrate audio, video,
text, animation, and images.

Now that you've posted this request here, there is a chance the law enforcement agencies have your email address, IP number, browser type and what time you made the post. I wouldn't want to use a Hotmail account to go trolling for cracks as Hotmail is owned by Microsoft. And, as we know too well, Microsoft does not support software piracy.

I just interested as i thought that a mp3 sampler would use less memory/HD space than one that uses wav files. If there is'nt one out there, there should be.

Nice idea, except that editing would be impossible. You'd be continually converting to WAV format to edit, then back to MP3.

With the spce of computers now including 256MB of RAM and 40GB hard drives, space shouldn't be a problem.

Ok then how about a sampler player only. After all if you've editing your samples you could use it to trigger them. Then again it might prove hand to add efx to them after processing. Ah well just a thought.

I bet they still are MP3 files. All that has changed is that Winamp has 'said' that it is the default player for MP3 files. Try another MP3 player and I bet the files work.

Just download Musicmatch Jukebox. It will convert MP3 to WAV, then you can burn them on a cd.

A quick ...dumbass question yet again...I have read the flippin manual and no joy, In Adaptec's, Not so damn "Easy CD creator" (Brain meltdown reactor) when burning a .wav do you create the CD as a data CD or as an Audio CD?

I know I could try both but I've spent all my money on beer and women and only have 1 blank CD left (no beer and no women left though, why is that?)

I've been searching diligently off and on for the last 3 days and haven't found anything regarding all of those tz7iso releases. The best I've gotten so far is an undernet (or is it underz?) #audiowarez channel telling of a website that has all of the releases listed, including many of the nfo's packaged with the releases, sometimes links to the website hosting the pirated audio. The site is http://discography.x2.nu/

If you let me know if you get anywhere, I will too. There are an impressive amount of these kind of releases, and it could be immensely helpful if we could uncover a resource.

Convert MIDI to WAV

I'm using "SmartScore to create MIDI files of printed sheet music. I want to convert these files to something I can play on a CD player. I can use me CD R/W drive to burn a CD. I believe I can burn a WAV file onto a CD. How can I convert a MIDI file to WAV?

I am really desperate to find a piece of software that can play fasttracker2 instruments (.xi) in windows98, by midi or just the computer keyboard. My problem is that FT2 only supports my crappy SB16 and I need to use my Darla soundcard for good quality.

Winamp doesn't do MP3 conversion, it just plays MP3 files. Find a copy of CDex.

What you need is a CD Burnng program that supports "DAO" Disc At Once. This will give you a continuous CD without gaps between songs.

I'm desperately searching for some sort of software that will enable me to play fasttracker2 instruments (.xi) using my Darla soundcard. It has to work in Windows 98 on my pc. Preferably I would like it to be midi-compatible, so that I may use an external keyboard, but otherwise the computer keyboard is fine. Can anyone pleeeease help me??

Cool Edit Pro from Syntrillium has automatic silence removal. I'm not sure what it does, or what type of files it works on.

Disk Full ?

I used Adaptec Direct CD to format my 28mb (iso 9002)
CD-R disk (multi-speed. But after formatting it says my disk is FULL !!

I cannot transfer any more data from other sources.

Please help. I have tried on two disk but both faced the same problem.
